fter 12 weeks of exciting performances projecting Ghana’s rich cultural heritage from contestants of this year’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful pageant, it was Upper East’s representative, Poka aka Lawrencia Ayapoka Anafo who emerged tops last Sunday at the Accra international Conference Centre.
She beat four other finalists, Deli (Upper West Region), Konadu (Brong Ahafo Region), Ekua (Ashanti Region) and Bubune(Volta Region) to wear the Ghana’s Most Beautiful 2013  crown.
For emerging the ultimate winner, Poka received a brand new KIA Sorento car 2013 model, GHC 8,000 and a one year wardrobe supplies.
First runner-up, Bubune took home GHC 7,000 and Konadu received GHC 6,000 for placing third. Deli and Ekua won GHC 5,000 and GHC3,000 for taking the fourth and fifth positions respectively.
Right from the start of the evnt, it seemed that most of the patrons in the auditorium at the final had come there to hear the Poka declared as the new Ghana’s Most Beautiful.
